对呀，但是要提醒一下，不同的国家对大公司采取不同的管理哦，比如a国要求XX公司特殊管理，对xx1可能一般了，b国要求XX公司一般了，对xx1就特殊了，很复杂的。中国之所以有名，是因为太多了和太明显了，老美就悄悄的多了，很多人都没有感觉到。你想想很多知名的黑客，为什么不在美国呆着，因为不自由呀。
